Biography

Before becoming an attorney, Hansen spent several years at Northrop Grumman Space Technology Center on the mechanical satellite components team. Now he's a lawyer who concentrates on technology business law. A Broad Scholar, Hansen Tong graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 with a degree in Supply Chain Management. After uploading some real-world experience, he returned to Loyola Law School, graduating in 2012. Mr. Tong was a founding member of the Loyola Law School Human Rights Clinic and a Research Editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. While still in law school, Mr. Tong wrote a pair of amicus curiae briefs to the Inter-American Court on Human Rights.

Mr. Tong now is a technology transactions lawyer with a passion for helping businesses thrive and succeed in the digital age. He has over 12 years of legal tech experience and specializes in working with SAAS, AI, mobile application, and technology companies and assisting them with their technology and IP related transactions. He assists his clients by translating complex legal concepts into practical solutions that work for their businesses. He also has extensive experience with SaaS Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Licensing Agreements.
